Is There A Penalty for Late Payment (After the 7th of Each Month)?

What Happens if My Trainer Fails To Show Up?

Except for public holidays, MIDP does not allow for any class to be cancelled or postponed to a different date.

 

 

 

  • If a trainer has to take an emergency leave, the class will be conducted by another suitable and qualified trainer. Note that no additional class outside of the current schedule will be conducted to replace any missing or postponed class.

 

Example: A student of Competitive Debating with Trainer X on Fridays at 10AM may choose to attend Competitive Debating with Trainer Y on Saturdays at 5PM if they could not attend their original class.

Can I change classes?

Yes, you may change classes if you have transportation issues or any other classes clashing, however, we do not suggest doing so.

Am I allowed to bring electronics to the class?

Yes, all electronic devices are allowed in our classes. However if it distracts you from the subject matter at hand, the trainer may confiscate it and give it back to you once the class is over.

Can my parents sit in the class?

Parents are not allowed to sit in during a class session. However, you may invite them to be observers during debate tournaments and sparring sessions!

If I skip classes would I be able to get a refund?

No, you will not be able to get a refund.

Can I join more than one class?

Yes, you may join a debate class and a public speaking class. Joining more than one debating class or public speaking class is dependant on your trainers.

Will I be able to join in the class in the midst of semester?

It will be dependant on the availability of the class and whether you will be able to cope with what is being taught and be able to cope with what has been taught prior.

When should payment be made?

Payment should be made on the 1st week of each month unless there is no class on that day, then payment can be made on the week following that.

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made via a cash deposit at your local bank, a wire transfer or via online banking. Our payment details are as following:

Bank Name: Public Bank
Account Name: MIDP Group Sdn. Bhd.
Account Number: 3200-149-225

Upon receiving your receipt or proof of payment, please ensure that you have renamed the file as following: Amount_Month.
For example, if Xiu pays RM 200 for the month of January, the file should be named 200_Xiu.

Once you have done so, you can upload your receipt or proof of payment using the following form: tinyurl.com/MIDPClassPayment

*The form accepts receipts in pdf, jpeg and png. Maximum file size is 10mb!
